Your own product database in LIMBAS, as with all possible solutions, exactly adapted to your needs! Individual customizing creates tables and fields adapted to your processes. The basic functionalities integrated in LIMBAS make your product database a true all-rounder.

Linked to the image archive and the DMS system, you can save product images as well as descriptions and make them available via interfaces, for example in your webshop.
Using the form editor, you can create raw templates for data sheets or catalog pages, and with  one click, they are filled with the content stored in the product. An easy way to insert photos and texts into your data sheet or catalog. After LIMBAS is able to render field contents multilingual, it is no problem, e.g. Create datasheets in different languages.

Using the integrated workflow engine, solutions such as quality control, TÜV approval or product lifecycle management can be integrated.

Important data sets such as supplier contacts, descriptions and manuals, or even accessories and spare parts or parts lists can be combined with the product by customizing.

With your invoice, quotation or invoice system created in LIMBAS, you bind your products into offers, delivery notes and invoices.
