Script Usage
LIMBAS offers developers many possibilities to integrate their own extensions. In addition an extension administrator is provided for editing own scripts. Extensions can be used for menus, own field types, table display, report presentation, SQL statements, etc. In fact, the entire LIMBAS layout is customizable.
As an open source solution, the developer is able to view the source code.
Create layouts or colour schemes, from which colleagues and employees are able to view and select. Forms and computation functions can be extended, or external elements, such as 'Google Maps' can be integrated. You could also add such things as night time database tasks or cleanup jobs.
