Mail Function
With LIMBAS, mails can be received, managed and sent. To achieve this LIMBAS has developed a special browser-based Mailclient that accesses an existing LDAP server. Mails can continue to be used as usual and additionally managed by LIMBAS. From the LIMBAS Client, it is also possible to link mails to existing records of other tables such as Customers.
Therefore it is possible for example to link received or sent mails to customer records or to store them as correspondence data in your LIMBAS CRM, without having to use a central or already existing mailserver.
